Jon Paul Robbins Is An Alumni Of The State University Of New York

Jon Paul Robbins is an alumni of the State University of New York at Binghamton, from which he graduated in 1970 with cum laude honors. After receiving his Bachelor’s of Arts degree, he went to school at Cornell University, receiving his Juris Doctorate, again with honors, from that institution in 1973.

During his enrollment at the Law School of Cornell University, Jon Paul Robbins was a member of the Cornell Law Review’s Board of Editors. Jon Paul Robbins was, additionally, a member of the campus chapter of the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law students and graduates.

Jon Paul Robbins graduated from Cornell University and soon thereafter joined Seward & Kissel, which is a law firm that is based in Manhattan. Jon Paul Robbins worked in the litigation department at that firm right up until he left to help found another firm in 1979. He became a founding partner for Nitkin Alkalay Handler & Robbins, which in 1992, merged with McLaughlin & Stern LLP, which is the law firm where Jon Paul Robbins now works as a partner. The firm, which is based in New York City leans on Robbins’ skills as a civil litigator in various fields, including: anti-trust, lender liability, employment discrimination, insurance defense, real estate, business dissolution, trusts and estates, sports and entertainment, and the arts.
